PGA TOUR Superstore in California is seeking a Soft Goods Associate to engage Customers in Men's & Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms to drive sales and enhance the Customer experience.

You will assist with front-end operations, maintain clean, well-stocked Soft Goods areas, demonstrate product knowledge, and help deliver world-class service while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Engage with each Customer and provide world-class service.
• Support front-end operations: returns, exchanges, promotions, gift cards, loyalty rewards.
• Keep Soft Goods areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across Men’s, Women’s, Juniors, Footwear and Accessories.
• Maintain clean, professional presentation of Soft Goods areas at all times.
• Communicate merchandising promotions and events to customers effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve the Customer experience.
