Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Soft Goods Associate to engage customers in men’s, women’s, juniors apparel, footwear, and fittings, driving sales and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.

You will assist with front-end operations, maintain merchandise presentation, and share product knowledge. The role requires standing for long periods, flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Assist Customers in Soft Goods areas (Men’s & Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain merchandise presence at premiere stock and visual levels to drive sales and customer experience.
• Assist front-end operations (returns, exchanges, promotions, gift cards, loyalty, discounts).
• Keep Soft Goods areas clean, organized, and visually appealing and ensure equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and explain features and benefits to Customers.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities.
