PGA TOUR Superstore is looking for enthusiastic team members to deliver outstanding customer service in our Soft Goods department. You will engage customers across Men’s & Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, and Fitting Rooms, handling returns, exchanges, promotions, and loyalty rewards while keeping areas visually appealing and well-stocked.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lb, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service using PGATSS standards.
• Assist in front-end operations (returns, exchanges, promotions) and keep merchandise well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment and build lasting customer relationships.
