Threat Tec, LLC is seeking a Training and Readiness Manager to join our Camp Lejeune, NC team. The role involves designing, executing, and evaluating training programs to enhance operational readiness within SOF and combat arms contexts.

The ideal candidate will bring prior military staff experience, proven curriculum development skills, and a solid understanding of multi-domain operations. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, graduation from a military staff college, and TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Prior military service with SOF or combat arms staff experience.
• Proven track record leading MCPP/MDMP planning processes.
• Formal training in curriculum development and instructional methods.
• Thorough understanding of SOF capabilities and multi-domain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree and graduation from military staff college or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage comprehensive training and readiness initiatives, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum using best practices in instructional methods.
• Integrate multi-domain concepts into training strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Apply expertise in MCPP/MDMP or equivalent planning processes to develop and refine training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure coordination and adherence to standards.
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, making data-driven improvements to readiness across the organization.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on training methodologies and SOF capabilities.
