• Excellent verbal communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

• Provide mentorship and guidance on training methodologies and SOF capabilities.

Threat Tec, a leader in operational environment replication and training solutions, is seeking a Training and Readiness Manager to join our team at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This role involves designing, executing, and evaluating training programs to enhance operational readiness within a Special Operations Forces (SOF) or combat arms context. The ideal candidate will leverage prior military experience, an in-depth understanding of SOF capabilities, and proven expertise in curriculum development to create effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage comprehensive training and readiness initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and mission requirements
• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum using best practices in instructional methods
• Integrate multi-domain concepts (land, air, maritime, space, and cyber) into training strategies to enhance operational effectiveness
• Apply expertise in the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), or equivalent, to develop and refine training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to established standards
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, making data-driven improvements to enhance readiness across the organization
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to staff on training methodologies, SOF capabilities, and multi-domain operations

Qualifications

• Prior military service, with experience serving on the staff of a special operations or combat arms battalion, regiment, or brigade
• Proven track record leading MCPP, MDMP, or equivalent planning processes
• Formal training and experience in curriculum development and instructional methods
• Thorough understanding of SOF capabilities, support, and operations
• Understanding of multi-domain operations (land, air, maritime, space, cyber)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Graduate of an armed forces Command and Staff College or equivalent professional military education
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility

$125,000 - $145,000 a year

Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including experience, education, certifications, security clearance requirements, internal equity, and customer or contract requirements.
