Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a military-qualified Behavioral Health Care team at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The role focuses on integrating physical, mental, and psychosocial wellness for service members and their families, using individual, family, and group therapies.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active DoD clearance or ability to obtain one, an MSW or equivalent, and a current clinical license, with prior military or SOF experience

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• MSW or MSSW/MSSA from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice social work in any U.S. state/territory.
• Credentialing in good standing at a local MTF.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health evaluations and evidence-based therapies.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Perform case management and medical record documentation.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, military authorities, and education partners.
• Supervise unlicensed providers or trainees as required.
• Participate in DoD/service training and maintain clinical practice privileges.
