Job summary

Patriot Group International Inc. seeks a Raider Regiment Training & Support Specialist based at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role focuses on training, coordination and implementation to support RRTEG activities and missions.

You will interface with RRTEG staff, develop training schedules, provide evaluation of personnel and units, and ensure safety and accountability of equipment and SOPs in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 10 years of SOF experience with MOS Q qualifications or 8 years of Infantry experience with SOF exposure.
• Minimum of 5 SOF combat deployments or 2 deployments with combined arms or 2 deployments advising a host nation security force.
• 3 years’ experience in conception, modelling, development and coordination of exercise scenarios or graduate of a Formal Instructor School.
• Graduate of military insert/extraction course (e.g., Air Assault, FRIES/SPIES Master).
• Graduate of 18B or related weapons courses.
• Must possess a U.S. Government SECRET clearance.
• Must possess a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interface with RRTEG staff and supported units.
• Participate in required meetings.
• Advise, assist, coordinate, and create training schedules and lesson outlines.
• Provide training and evaluation of individuals and units.
• Teach and enforce doctrine and SOPs.
• Be prepared for training events with required equipment.
• Coordinate to capture input for AARs, evaluations or documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain accountability of equipment and training aids.
