Job summary

Patriot Group International is seeking a Raider Regiment Training & Support Specialist based at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role focuses on training, coordination, and implementation to support RRTEG activities within SOF elements.

You will interface with RRTEG staff, develop training schedules, provide training and evaluation, and ensure safety compliance. 50% travel is possible to CONUS locations as required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of SOF experience with MOS Q or 8 years Infantry with SOF exposure.
• Minimum of 5 SOF combat deployments or 2 deployments with combined arms.
• 3 years in Exercise Scenario conception, modeling, development, and coordination or graduate of Formal Instructor School.

Responsibilities

• Interface with RRTEG staff and supported units.
• Coordinate and create training schedules and lesson outlines.
• Provide training and evaluation of individuals and units.
• Teach and enforce SOPs per standards.
• Prepare for training events with proper equipment.
• Coordinate input for oral and written AARs and other documents.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and equipment accounted for.
