Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC is recruiting a candidate with remarkable military experience in small unit tactics, methods and procedures to support training at Camp Lejeune, NC. You will assist planning, coordination, and development of training materials, plans and schedules to achieve training objectives.

In this role you will maintain TTP proficiency, instruct, assess, and evaluate, and deliver training, including pre-deployment certification exercises.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering specialized military training.
• Strong leadership and instructional abilities in demanding environments.
• Proven proficiency with field communications and navigation tools.
• Knowledge of weapons handling and marksmanship fundamentals.
• Ability to assess performance and provide actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist EOTG lead instructor with planning, coordination, and development of training materials, plans and schedules as required to support EOTG.
• Maintain proficiency in TTPs through AARs, Doctrine, and SOPs.
• Provide expertise in weapons, optics, land navigation, communications, and close combat.
• Instruct, assess, evaluate, and deliver training and oversight of training.
• Serve as instructor/evaluator during pre-deployment certification exercises.
• Participate in High-Risk Training and perform ORM assessments.
• Maintain a repository of training materials to support evolving TTPs.
• Conduct administrative duties and Range Safety support.
• Other duties as assigned.
