Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC is recruiting a Subject Matter Expert in Advanced Reconnaissance to join our on-site team at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Stone Bay, NC. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering course material and exercises for SOF operations.

You will liaison with MEF information groups, ensure alignment with MEF objectives, and provide instruction across multiple courses including CQTC, VBSS, ARC, and Recon Interoperability, delivering both classroom and field

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead instructor with planning, coordination, and development of course material and exercise design.
• Liaise with MEF Information Group personnel to align MEF objectives.
• Deliver lectures and hands-on training for military students in classroom and field.
• Provide instruction across CQTC, CQT-E, ARC, VBSS, EOTG Sniper Course and Recon Interoperability Course.
• Develop training environment supporting enabler integration and advanced training for SOF personnel.
• Prepare After Action Reports (AARs) and contribute to MEU exercises and sustainment training.
