Job summary

WWC Global is seeking a highly qualified Physical Therapist to support the POTFF program for SOF operators and staff. The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions, with responsibility for clinical documentation and coordination with HP staff.

The successful candidate will contribute to injury prevention, clinical practice guidelines, and training materials while maintaining license requirements and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy and ABPTS as Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) or Sports Certified Specialist (SCS), or NATA Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. security clearance).
• Minimum 5+ years of manual therapy in sports medicine with athletes, at NCAA/OLYMPIC/SOF level experience preferred.
• Active, valid PT license in any U.S. state/territory.
• BCLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Professional proficiency in English; strong communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions for SOF personnel.
• Refer patients to POTFF staff as needed and supervise PT Tech/ATC when directed.
• Document care in US Military EHRs (AHLTA, GENESIS) and SPEAR databases.
• Advise HP program Manager on injury prevention, sports medicine, and rehab strategies.
• Participate in meetings with POTFF and HP staff; develop care guidelines and training materials.
