Loyal Source is hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions for SOF personnel. The role includes ordering imaging and labs and documenting in AHLTA, GENESIS, or SPEAR, with supervision of PT staff as needed.

Candidates must hold a Master’s in Physical Therapy and ABPTS or NATA-ATC certification, plus an active US license and BCLS, with 5+ years of sports medicine experience.

Formación

• Master’s degree in physical therapy; ABPTS OCS/SCS or NATA-ATC certification required.
• Active license in US state and BCLS certification.
• 5+ years manual therapy in sports medicine preferred.
• Ability to hike in rough terrain and function in austere environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions; may order imaging and labs.
• Directly supervise PT Tech/Assistant/ATC within scope when directed.
• Document care in EHRs such as AHLTA, GENESIS, SPEAR and required databases.
• Develop and update clinical practice guidelines and training materials to ensure consistency of care.
