Job summary

Endurion, Fort Bragg, NC, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions to support SOF mission readiness.

The role requires independent practice, adherence to CAPTE standards, ABPTS or equivalent certification, and collaboration with medical staff. Travel is minimal; on-site work at Fort Bragg with security clearances preferred. You will supervise PT techs, develop plans of care, and contribute to clinical guidelines and QA efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (doctorate preferred) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited institution, plus ABPTS certification.
• One of: Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), Sports Certified Specialist (SCS), or BOC Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC).
• Manual therapy, dry needling and joint manipulation experience strongly recommended.
• Fellowship-trained PTs (sports, orthopedics, manual therapy) also considered; residencies may substitute for board certification as an exception.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat and rehabilitate neuromusculoskeletal conditions as a direct-access provider (no referral required).
• Provide post-operative evaluation and rehabilitative plans of care per clinical guidelines and evidence.
• Use proactive injury mitigation strategies, including risk identification and unit-specific programs.
• Practice within state licensing and APTA standards and under local clinical privileges.
• Supervise PT techs and assistants as directed.
• Advise leadership on sports medicine, rehabilitation and research.
• Help develop clinical practice guidelines and training materials.
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety procedures.
