Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions for SOF personnel at JBLM WA. The role emphasizes independent practice as a licensed PT within a high-performance HP environment.

The incumbent provides care, collaborates with POTFF staff, and contributes to program management, training, and guideline development to ensure consistent, high-quality care across HP Training Centers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with eligibility to practice in the military health system.
• Experience in musculoskeletal evaluation and rehabilitation.
• Ability to work autonomously within HP settings and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with or without referrals.
• Refer patients to POTFF staff as needed.
• Provide neuro-musculoskeletal injury care for SOF personnel and direct care providers.
• Supervise PT Tech, PT Assistant, and/or ATC when directed.
• Attend meetings to review care and identify improvement opportunities.
• Advise HP program management on Sports Medicine and performance research.
• Develop and maintain clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures.
