Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions for SOF personnel at Fort Campbell, KY, with relocation assistance provided. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, ABPTS OCS/SCS or NATA ATC credentials, current BCLS, and strong experience in sports medicine and military health records (AHLTA, GENESIS, Smartbase).

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance eligible.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• ABPTS OCS/SCS or NATA ATC certification.
• Maintain credentialing in local MTF.
• Able to meet physical demands of SOF training.
• Minimum five years of manual therapy in sports medicine with athletes.
• Fluent English communication.
• Current BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with or without referrals.
• Provide MSK injury care for SOF personnel.
• Supervise PT Tech/ATC as applicable.
• Participate in HP program meetings and care reviews.
• Develop and update clinical practice guidelines.
• Document care in military EHRs (AHLTA, GENESIS, Smartbase).
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and a safe environment.
• Assist with data collection and required databases.
• Attend trainings to maintain certifications.
