Job summary

KBR is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Fort Benning, GA, to optimizeSOF personnel performance. You will design and administer conditioning protocols, coordinate with HP staff, and ensure injury prevention.

5+ years of experience and CSCS/CSCCa certification are preferred, along with US citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility. Responsibilities include teaching training methods, documenting outcomes, assisting with supply and procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• CSCS or CSCCa certification maintained.
• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise/science field.
• 5+ years developing performance programs for athletes or SOF-level personnel.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct PT, drills, and injury prevention for SOF personnel.
• Design, implement, and document strength/conditioning programs in garrison, TDY, or deployment.
• Coordinate with HP staff for safe return-to-training post-injury.
• Refer medical concerns to healthcare providers as needed.
• Collaborate with sports medicine, mental performance, and nutrition teams.
• Develop SOPs and training protocols for equipment safety and use.
