Job summary

The role involves supervising administrative and quality‑assurance functions and acting as the primary SME across units, ensuring safe, effective training in demanding environments.

The position requires CSCS or SCCC certification, 5+ years of experience, and current CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• CSCS or SCCC certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred for advancement.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery, and evaluation of strength and conditioning programs.
• Oversee administrative and QA functions for the training program.
• Serve as primary SME for local requirements, performance testing, and initiatives.
• Guide injury mitigation and return-to-duty processes for SOF personnel.
