Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Strength and Conditioning Specialist for Homestead ARB, FL to optimize SOF operators' physical performance with evidence-based protocols. You will lead risk-aware training and coordinate with medical and performance teams on garrison, TDY, and deployment assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field.
• CSCS or CSCCa certification required; maintenance of certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and instruct physical training, movements, and injury avoidance.
• Design, evaluate and document effects of training protocols for SOF personnel in garrison, TDY/TAD or deployment.
• Coordinate training programs with HP staff for safe return to training after injury.
• Refer personnel with new or undiagnosed conditions to medical providers.
• Collaborate with sports medicine, mental performance, and nutrition for holistic performance.

Fluent English

DoD clearance eligibility

5+ years experience in performance/cap

Willingness to obtain clearance

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/related field

CSCS or SCCC certification

CPR/AED certification
