Job summary

KBR, Inc seeks a Special Operations Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Fort Benning, GA to establish and administer strength and conditioning protocols that maximize SOF personnel performance. The role emphasizes injury prevention, program design, and collaboration with HP and medical staff.

Must hold US citizenship, a DoD secret clearance eligibility, and CSCS or SCCC certification; 5+ years of relevant experience with NCAA/Olympic/SOF levels is preferred. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and DoD Secret Clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s in exercise science or related field; CSCS or SCCC certification.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in strength/conditioning programs.
• CPR/AED certification and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and guide physical training, exercises, movements, and injury prevention.
• Design, administer, evaluate and document effects of training protocols for SOF personnel.
• Coordinate programs with HP staff to ensure safe return to training after injury.
• Refer personnel with medical concerns to a provider for evaluation and treatment.
• Collaborate with sports medicine, performance nutrition, and mental performance teams.
• Develop training materials and assist with supply inventories and SOPs.
