Job summary

KBR, Inc seeks a Strength and Conditioning Specialist for the 75th RR at Ft. Benning, GA to maximize the physical performance of SOF personnel. You will design and administer training protocols, coordinate with HP staff, and emphasize injury prevention and safe return-to-training protocols.

Responsibilities include developing comprehensive programs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to professional standards and certifications. This is a full-time on-site position at Ft. Benning.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline; CSCS or CSCCa certification.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and guide strength and conditioning exercises and injury prevention.
• Design and evaluate training protocols for SOF personnel.
• Coordinate programs with HP staff for safe return to training after injury.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
