Qualifications

• Doctoral-level training in psychology with licensure in the practicing state.
• Post-doctoral experience in operational psychology preferred.
• Experience with government or military settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational psychology services to SOF personnel.
• Develop resiliency programs and unit-level planning with leadership.
• Conduct assessment and selection activities and analyze performance data.
• Offer executive coaching, training, and leadership development.
• Ensure work adheres to APA Practice Guidelines and organizational standards.
