Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems seeks a Liaison Officer to support US Army Special Operations Command at Ft. Bragg, NC. This role embeds with the SSO/CDI Global Strategic Partnerships Team to advise on capability gaps and rapid fielding of technologies for SOF end users.

The LNO will maintain currency in evolving operations, coordinate with TSOC staff on technologies, and ensure deployed solutions are supportable for ongoing missions. Travel up to 25% and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated; relevant fields preferred such as Communications, Political Science, or International Relations.
• Extensive background in Special Operations or related military-civilian liaison roles is required.
• Clear understanding of SOF formations, networks, and acquisition principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between Special Operations Command and CD&I; manage schedules and relationships.
• Support capability development to meet emergent operational needs in the AOR.
• Identify technical requirements, gaps, and mitigation strategies for SOF-peculiar capabilities.
