Job summary

Sigma Defense seeks a SOPAC Liaison Officer to be on-site at Camp Smith, Hawaii, serving in the SSO/LIC offices. You will advise on capability development, embed with units, and help integrate emerging tech to support SOF decision-makers. A strong SOF background and 25% travel are required.

The role emphasizes interoperability with TSOC and end-user support across theaters, with a competitive, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as specified.
• Minimum 10+ years in Special Operations or equivalent.
• Experience with SOCPAC and joint interoperability frameworks.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist CD&I in meeting capability gaps for SOF end users.
• Integrate emerging technologies and support rapid fielding.
• Travel up to 25% to observe demonstrations and embed with units.
• Coordinate with TSOC staff on interoperability requirements.
