Job summary
Sigma Defense is seeking a Liaison Officer to support the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) at Fort Bragg, NC. This role serves as the embedded SME and seeks to advance capability development with CD&I and TSOC partners. The LNO will coordinate technology assessments, align requirements with SOF end users, and travel up to 25% to witness demonstrations and engage with operational units.
U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with SOF interoperability frameworks (e.g., CJADC2) is preferred.
- Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary local interface to Special Operations Command and liaise between the Command and CD&I.
- Support capability development activities to meet emergent operational needs within the AOR.
- Identify technology requirements, shortfalls, and mitigation strategies for SOF end users.
- Lead project management to meet schedules for technology assessments and demonstrations.
- Coordinate and execute technology assessments and leadership visits, delivering reports and briefs.
