Job summary

Sigma Defense seeks a SOPAC Liaison Officer to work on-site at Camp Smith, Hawaii, within the SSO/LIC framework. The LNO will advise on capability gaps, integrate emerging technologies, and support interoperability across theater and domestic facilities.

The role requires deep SOF knowledge, a self-starter mindset, and willingness to travel up to 25% while maintaining US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of prior service in Special Operations (E7+ or O3+ equivalent preferred).
• Experience within SOCPAC and joint interoperability frameworks (CJADC2).
• Must be self-starter and a motivated force multiplier.
• Strong technical understanding of SOF formations, systems, networks and acquisition principles.
• Clear ability to travel up to 25% of the time across USPACOM AOR and domestic facilities.

Responsibilities

• Combine operational knowledge and networking to manage capability development opportunities.
• Maintain currency on evolving operational environment and technology gaps.
• Ensure deployed technologies are supportable for continued mission operations.
• Travel up to 25% across USPACOM AOR and to Washington, D.C. as needed.
• Support integration of emerging technologies and interoperability with theater staff.
