Job summary

Sigma Defense is seeking a SOPAC Liaison Officer to be on-site at Camp Smith in Hawaii, supporting the SSO and OASW(SO/LIC). The LNO will bridge capability developers and end users, advising on emerging technologies and rapid fielding for SOF needs.

The role requires a U.S. citizen, 10+ years in special operations, and willingness to travel up to 25%. You will coordinate with TSOC and other partners to ensure interoperability and effective capability integration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience in Special Operations planning or analysis.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Advise CD&I on capability gaps and end-user needs.
• Coordinate with TSOC staff on technology integration.
• Support rapid fielding and interoperability across theaters.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
