Job summary

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, a Pequot company, seeks a SOF Exercise Designer IV to support SOCNORTH at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. You will plan exercises and develop scenarios to stress decision-making and joint warfighting functions.

The role involves front-end analysis, creating MSEL content, and participating in JELC events to meet commander objectives. Strong English proficiency and active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
• SOF Intelligence experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of recent experience serving in a command, senior enlisted advisor, or primary staff billet in a SOF (USSOCOM/TSOC), Service, Joint Staff, OSD, or 3-4 Star level Service/GCC HQs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in exercise and scenario design and management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience conducting joint and coalition operations and training.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Service, SOF, and Joint doctrine, planning, operations, training, and exercises.
• Understanding of Counter terrorism (CT) and Counter-Insurgency (COIN) Operations and targeting processes.
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Valid driver’s license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain company liability insurance through a clean driving record.
• Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exercise planning and scenario development for SOCNORTH exercises.
• Conduct front-end analysis by reviewing directives and plans and create scenarios to stress decision-making and warfighting functions.
• Contribute to development of the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) and attend Joint Event Life Cycle events.
