CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, a Pequot company, is seeking a Joint SOF Trainer to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities required to execute the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) for USSOCOM.

The role involves working with theater commands, partner nations, and senior staff, with extensive travel and strict security clearances. Strong classroom and briefing skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive SOF experience.

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Experience in joint exercise planning and SOF air capabilities.

Proven ability to interact with senior staff at TSOC/CCMD levels.

Strong presentation and formal classroom delivery skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate Joint Event Life Cycle activities.

Provide training and exercise support to USSOCOM.

Coordinate with USSOCOM Battle staff, TSOCs, and partner nations.

Deliver formal briefings and ensure successful event execution.
