• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Lead outreach and retention efforts for the HBCD study.
• Provide personalized one-on-one support to study participants.
• Coordinate referrals to services and resources as needed.
• Support study assessment team and supervise the peer recovery navigator.
• Organize events and maintain resources catalog for participants.
• Coordinate communication with study participants and stakeholders.
