Qualifications

• Lived experience as an individual with a neurodevelopmental disability or caregiver for a transition-age youth (14–22).
• Availability in late afternoons and evenings at least 1 day/week.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitating group sessions (40%).
• Providing individual or small group peer support meetings for caregivers and locating/providing resources.
• Assisting caregivers with other transition planning supports (15%).
• Assisting with person-centered planning activities to help youth prepare for transition to adulthood (25%).
