The Advocate Healthcare Center of East Boston is seeking a skilled Social Services Director (SS) to lead the facility's social services department. You will plan, evaluate, implement and direct activities, ensuring services align with guidelines and regulations while coordinating admission and discharge planning.

Qualifications
