The Advocate Healthcare Center of East Boston is seeking a strong leader to head the social services department, ensuring high‑quality resident care and compliance with regulations.

You will oversee planning, evaluation and direction of social services, driving growth and staff development in a warm, employee‑focused environment near Orient Ave in East Boston.

Qualifications
