Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• At least 1 year of clinical social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Ohio LSW or LISW licensure; must maintain active licensure per state law.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate safe transitions of care, advocates for patient needs, and connects patients to community resources. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
