The position requires an MSW, at least 1 year of clinical social work in healthcare, and Ohio LSW/LISW licensure with BLS; remote work not indicated. Day shift with a care-management focus within the hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• At least 1 year of clinical social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW); must maintain active licensure in accordance with Ohio state law.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities
