- Provide clinical services, primarily individual and group therapy and case management care to patients in a hospital-based outpatient mental health clinic setting
- Complete intake assessments, individual and group therapy, collateral and family involvement, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation
- Efficiently incorporate case management duties within work to enhance patient care
- Actively engage in supervision and professional development by attending trainings
- Meet productivity expectations of 9 daily visits set by the department
Requirements
- Master's degree required
- NYS License/Registration as a Social Worker required (LMSW/LCSW)
- Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred
- Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule
- Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required
- Ability to cover dual locations.
