Job summary

Jobtailor in Burlington, NC seeks a licensed mental health professional to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans across office, home, and community settings.

You will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions, handle crisis situations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate integrative care. Documentation within 24 hours of service delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Post-master’s clinical experience in mental health (2 years) required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and EHR experience
• Required licensure: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS
• Associate-level licenses (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCASA) accepted with supervision contract
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in crisis intervention and cognitive behavioral therapy
• Familiarity with pragmatic family therapy models and system-based interventions
