Job summary

ExcelCare At Dover in Lewes, DE is seeking a licensed social worker to join our Social Services team on a part-time basis. You will complete psychosocial assessments, support residents and families through admission, adjustment, and discharge planning, and coordinate community resources.

Qualifications
