Job summary

Regal Care at Glen Ridge is seeking a Social Worker to support residents' emotional and psychosocial well-being. The role involves collaborating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to assess needs, provide counseling, coordinate discharge planning, and promote quality of life.

Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments for new admissions and ongoing residents, developing individualized care plans, advocating for residents’ rights, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• BSW required; MSW preferred.
• Current Social Work license (LSW or LCSW) required.
• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
