Erickson Senior Living's Ashby Ponds community is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents with psychosocial and supportive services, assessments, and care coordination.

In this role you will build referral networks, educate residents on advance directives, and help ensure safety and wellbeing across the community. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia preferred.

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator to bring their passion for resident engagement into our community.

Compensation: ranges from $60,000 - $70,000/year.

How you will make an impact

What you will need

Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior setting. Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.
