Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in a calm, professional and clinically proficient manner.
• Assist with dining, including serving, cuing and feeding, and monitor nutritional intake.
• Respond promptly to resident requests or concerns with courtesy and respect.
• Maintain the resident’s room and neighborhood to minimize hazards and ensure safety.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to the supervisor.
