Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide personalized care to residents at Ashby Ponds. In this PRN role, you will support residents' daily living activities and implement individual care plans on campus.

You will work with a supportive interdisciplinary team, require current CPR and a valid state OT license, and enjoy onsite wellness centers, education reimbursement, and a generous PTO/benefits package.

• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

• Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed throughout their care.
