Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server for a structured, team-based dining room environment in Ashburn. You will support preparation, serving, stocking, and post‑meal cleanup to ensure residents receive nutritious meals with care and consistency.

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

We’re hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server at a senior living community in Ashburn where dining is about more than food—it’s about care, consistency, and connection. This is not restaurant chaos. It’s a structured, team‑based role serving the same residents each day in a calm, supportive environment. Responsible for the overall efficiency of the dining room and pantry; assists with preparation, stocking, serving and post meal clean up of meals and snacks to ensure adequate nutritional intake for all residents. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

Compensation

• Compensation: $16.00 -$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Full time shifts are available with required hours 11:30 am - 8:00 pm plus rotating weekend hours

How you will make an impact
