Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Ashby Ponds community is seeking a Clinical Manager to join the clinical leadership team. You will oversee safe, person-centered care and mentor staff to advance their skills within a growing senior living network.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, maintaining nursing standards, and guiding documentation, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives across the neighborhood. Competitive compensation is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an RN in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Current Registered Nurse license for the state of operation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee clinical care for guests/residents in skilled nursing/long-term care neighborhoods.
• Maintain clinical practices and nursing standards per Erickson policies.
• Own documentation processes: MDS, care plans, incident reporting, charting.
