Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Social Work Supervisor at Big Spring State Hospital to lead the social work program and supervise staff. The role requires advanced social work leadership, clinical oversight, and collaboration with the treatment team to address psychosocial needs of clients.

Licensed MSW or LCSW is required with three years of experience, including one year of supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• Three (3) years of experience including one year in supervising social services work.
• LCSW-S preferred.
• Initial Screening Criteria includes licensure and supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the social work program and supervise social workers.
• Review assessments, discharge plans, and treatment plans for psychosocial needs.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure standards of care and quality improvement.
