Qualifications

• Associate degree and a minimum of 24 months’ educational experience required.
• No degree and a minimum of four (4) years of educational experience required.
• CPR certification or the ability to obtain CPR certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises job coaches and other staff; schedules workload and evaluates performance.
• Ensures program compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, TAC, and agency rules.
• Trains and deploys a program workforce capable of high-quality, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.
