Qualifikationen

• TX licensure eligibility (LBSW/LMSW/LCSW)
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and case management
• Strong communication, crisis intervention, de-escalation, and engagement with patients and families
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and maintain clear clinical documentation
• Knowledge of community resources, social services, and relevant behavioral health laws
• Commitment to ethical practice, trauma‑informed care, cultural sensitivity, and non‑discriminatory service delivery
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use EHR systems
• Willingness to work in an inpatient psychiatric environment and comply with hospital safety and quality standards

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and contribute to treatment planning.
• Facilitate individual and group interventions.
• Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients/families with community resources.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, counselors and care team to support recovery goals.
• Document in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and care planning.
