Job summary

PMI (Project Management Institute) is seeking a Creator & Social Video Producer to develop engaging, social-first content across PMI's organic and paid channels. You will own the creative process from concept to delivery, including scripting, filming, editing, and versioning across video, photo, and motion assets.

You’ll lead on-site coverage at PMI events, plan content with stakeholders, and deliver channel-ready assets in a timely manner while adapting content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years creating social-first content and short-form video.
• Portfolio with concepting, shooting, editing, and delivery.
• Experience capturing live events, interviews, and rapid-turn assets.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of trend-led and UGC-style social content.
• Concept, film, photograph, and edit high-quality short-form video and visual content.
• Serve as primary on-site content creator at PMI events.
• Plan event coverage with stakeholders and publish content during/after events.
• Create platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Write captions, headlines, scripts, interview questions, and on-screen text.
• Create and export branded graphics, thumbnails, and motion assets.
• Monitor platform culture and translate insights into concepts.
• Optimize content using performance data and feedback.
• Maintain footage and assets with established archiving practices.
