Project Management Institute (PMI) is seeking a Creator & Social Video Producer to develop engaging, social-first content across PMI’s organic and paid channels. You will own the end-to-end process from concept to delivery, including scripting, shooting, editing, and versioning video and static assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, film/video production, journalism, or design.
• 5-7 years of experience creating social-first content, short-form video, or digital storytelling for a brand, agency, publisher, or creator-led organization.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating concepting, shooting, on-camera storytelling, editing, writing, and final delivery is required.
• Experience capturing live events, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and rapid-turn social assets in dynamic environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external production partners while independently owning day-to-day content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end development of trend-led and UGC-style social content, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, production, editing, caption writing, versioning, and final delivery.
• Create, film, photograph, and edit high-quality short-form video and visual content for mobile and professional cameras across multiple platforms.
• Serve as a primary on-site content creator at PMI events, capturing keynote moments and interviews with quick turnaround delivery.
• Plan event coverage with stakeholders, developing content concepts, shot lists, prompts, schedules, and rapid-turn workflows.
• Publish platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
