You will lead production and editing, optimize for engagement, and collaborate with partnerships, events, and marketing teams to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of content production experience with proven results driving views.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to create high-performing social media content (video clips, reels, shorts).
• Strong video editing skills and knowledge of multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Content Production: turn raw materials into polished content for each platform.
• Multi-Format Repurposing: create clips, reels, quotes, audiograms, blogs, social posts, ads.
• Engagement Optimization: use hooks, thumbnails, platform formats to maximize views.
• Video Editing: edit podcasts, events, and interviews into shareable clips with captions.
