Job summary

Market Performance Group (MPG) seeks a Producer/Creator to execute social-first video concepts and manage day-to-day production of creator-driven content. You’ll work with creative strategists, copywriters, and a network of creators to brief, produce and deliver assets for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, covering concept through final delivery.

The Content Creator side includes hands-on shoots and editing; you’ll also support brand campaigns, events, and internal videos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in content production, video production, social media content creation, or a related creative field.
• Experience coordinating video shoots, managing production timelines, and working with creative teams or external content creators.
• Hands-on experience creating, filming, and editing short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creator outreach, casting, onboarding of new creators.
• Manage production timelines and deliverables for all projects.
• Direct shoots, guide performers, and review cuts for brand alignment.
• Produce creator-driven content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Collaborate with in-house editor and Sr. Producers on large-scale projects.
• Stay current on trends and contribute to brainstorms.
